What you need to know about cancellations and attendance verification
You can cancel bookings from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel, the participant receives a full refund automatically. Participants can cancel up to the booking buffer deadline you set when creating your activity (e.g., 24 hours before start time).
When the activity starts, both you and the participant complete a verification process through the app.
This includes multiple security checks such as GPS location verification, a photo of your surroundings, and additional anti-fraud measures.
Once both parties are verified, the payment is released.
Verification is available from 15 minutes before until 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
If a participant does not attend or fails to complete verification, you can raise a dispute through your dashboard. If you do not complete verification, the participant may request a refund. Our support team reviews all disputed cases.
